Dog tags and squad mode fixes
- Dog tags you take with the knife now stay in Stats > Dog Tags; before, every sign-in wiped them. Older tags weren't saved, so your list starts today.
- Won rounds should no longer show YOU LOSE (it happened mostly in Rush). Tell us if you still see it.
- Fixed Squad Rush and Squad Deathmatch crashing on some kit picks, which dropped everyone on the server. You also spawn with the kit you picked now.
